| 摘 要： | "订单式"培养是面向生产、服务一线的岗位群或技能性领域,培养技术应用型人才的一种模式。这种模式对于高职教育实现从传统教学体系到现代教学体系的转变,对于提升学生文化素质、技术能力素质、职业素养素质,解决学生就业难等方面发挥着重要的作用。近年来,无锡南洋职业技术学院在创新"订单式"人才培养模式方面进行了积极的探索与实践,尤其在旅游管理专业方面。就此谈一些个人的认识。

| Abstract: | "Order Form" mode focuses on cultivating technical talents for service industry and technical fields. This mode has proved to be essential in the transformation of modern teaching system from traditional one, the enhancement of students' abilities in knowledge, techniques, and professional qualities, and moreover, helping students get employed. In the recent years, Wuxi South Ocean College has been trying to practice innovation of "Order Form" talent cultivating mode especially in Tourism Management Major. |
