The U S A ,France and China have adopted different pattens for examining the unconstitutional,and this situation is closely related to the discrepancies in their political cultures and ideas of the three countries.In fact,these three states are very different from each other in their respective political principles such as sovereign rights lying with the people,parliamentary democracy,the minority being subordinate to the majority,etc.,as well as in the degree of the trust in the judicial powers.
