| 摘 要： | 钱穆、张舜微二人，均被当今学界视为“通人之学”的国学大师。两人对刘知几的评价，有着相当的不同。通过对二者的比较，可以窥见其各自治学方法、旨趣的异同，从而更好地解读两家史学研究等方面的学术思想。

| Abstract: | Qian Mu and Zhang Sun - hui are both regarded as masters of studies of Chinese literature, but they have quite different comments on Liu Zhi -ji. We can find out their own approaches of learning and studies, and their objectives, and comprehend their academic views on history researches. |
