专业开发是对新专业的设计与构建，它是高等职业教育面临的新课题。高等职业教育应以职业群和技术结构为基础开发技术性专业，坚持社会需求与质量保证、社会适应性与岗位针对性、整体稳定性与适度灵活性、适度超前性与切实可行性有机统一的原则，并加强专业预警、学术参与和管理监控等机制的建设。

On the Target, Principle and Mechanism of the Development of Speciality in Higher Vocational Education

The development of speciality is to design and construct new speciality,which is a new subject confronted with by higher vocational education.The development of technical speciality in higher vocational education should be developed on the basis of occupations and technical structure,stick to the principles of the organic unity of social demands and quality guarantee social adaptability and occupational pertinence,the whole stability and flexibility,feasibility and prediction and the work in speciality prediction,academic participation,admistrative monitoring and control should be enhanced.
