我国公务员职位分类制度的演变

摘    要:为改变大一统单一化的干部管理体制,我国建立和推行公务员职位分类制度。至今,我国公务员职位分类制度的演变经历了三个时期。在演变的过程中,体现三个特点:结合“实然”渐进调试;坚持分类管理和党管干部相结合的原则;坚持“适才适用”和“适才适遇”。
