| 摘 要： | 高职机房管理员队伍须加强素质建设。高尚的师德和熟练的专业技能是素质建设的两大任务，机房管理员的师德和专业能力对学生有熏陶、指导和启发教育作用。当前高职机房管理员队伍素质建设存在不足问题，提高机房管理员素质需要多方面努力。

| Abstract: | Computer room administrator in higher vocational colleges are required to enhance the building of quality.Noble morality and skilled professional skills are two major tasks in the building of quality.Computer room administrators have an effect on students in edifying influence,guidance and inspiring education.Currently,computer room administrator's building of quality is weak.So improving administrator's quality is a problem that we should be concerned about. |
