| Abstract: | Organic dyes are always using as the probe of the analysis. A recent application development of orangic dyes in the determination of protein by some molecular spectral analytical methods such as spectrophotometric method, fluorospectrophotometric method,and resonance light scatter method was reviewed.And the trend of the orangic dye as the protein probe was discussed. |
