| 摘 要： | 确定了描述公共交通状况的要素和内容，应用模糊数学方法，建立数学评价模型，给出了一种评介公共交通状况的模糊评定法，用它可对城市公共交通状况实际调查结果进行综合评价，从而获得合理的结果。

A Fuzzy Evaluation Method for Measuring the Quality of Public Transport service |

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the essentials and contents of public transport service quality. With the fuzzy mathematical method, its mathematical evaluation model was set up, and a fuzzy evaluation method for the quality of public transport service was put forward. It was applied to the practical survey of the quality of public transport service in jiangmen city. And some reasonable results were obtained. |
