中央空调变频节能控制系统的设计

本文以参与的一个中央空调的变频改造项目为基础,设计了PROFIBUS协议的变频控制系统,给出控制系统的硬件配置、网络结构和各部分的功能,主控系统以网络信号控制变频器启停和输出频率,既保证控制的精度,同时能在变频器故障时及时将水泵切换到工频,保证安全性。最后介绍了监控软件的制作。通过该项技术改造,有效地降低中央空调的能耗,既有良好的经济效益,也有明显的社会效益。
