| 摘 要： | 文章通过对企业融资方式及融资结构现状的分析,提出了优化我国企业融资结构的相应对策,并基于我国股权结构的特殊性,又对再融资的优化作用进行了专门分析,认为新形势下企业融资应顺应单一化的融资结构向多元化的融资结构转化的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | By way of corporate finance and financing structure of the status quo analyzed, optimized the structure of corporate finance in China corresponding countermeasures, and based on the special nature of our shareholding structure, but also the optimization of the role of refinancing a special analysis that the new situation of corporate finance should conform to the uniformity of the financing structure of the financing structure to diversify into trends. |
