| 摘 要： | 水是人类文明进步与社会和谐发展的基础,人水和谐的现实困境越来越成为制约经济社会和谐发展的瓶颈,我们应该把人水和谐作为社会和谐发展的基本维度,积极发展水文化,正确认识和处理人与水的关系,加强生态教育,促进人水和谐与经济社会的协调发展。

| Abstract: | Water is base of human civilization and harmonious development of society.The realistic predicament of harmonious coexistence between man and water becomes the bottleneck restraining the harmonious development of economic society,we should take harmonious coexistence between man and water as the basic dimension of harmonious development of society,actively develop water culture,correctly understand and handle the relationship between man and water,strengthen ecological education,and promote the coordinated development of harmonious coexistence between man and water and economic society. |
