| 摘 要： | 高校内部管理体制改革对提高学校运行效率、提高办学水平具有直接的关系。随着高校自主办学力量的增强,内部管理机制弱化的问题日益显现出来。高校内部管理机制运行的路径,可以从科学的管理机制、合理的用人机制、教育过程的良性循环机制、科研的主动服务机制、后勤的市场运作机制等方面加以探寻。

| Abstract: | Reform of the internal management system in university directly relates to its efficiency and teaching level.At present,the problem of deterioration emerges.The author researches from such aspect as scientific management mechanism,rea- sonable personnel mechanism,good cycle mechanism in education process,antomatic service mechanism in scientific research and market operating mechanism in service sectors in the university. |
