| 摘 要： | 从战略视角看,大学知识管理表现为目标和手段的有效结合,其中,明确的知识管理目标是大学实施知识管理的出发点和归宿。本文基于前人研究,并结合Barton的组织核心能力模型建构了大学知识管理目标体系框架,对其进行了较为深入的论述。

| Abstract: | On the view of Strategic Management, University Knowledge Management presents the efficient combination of objects and methods. Thereinto, explicit objects of Knowledge Management are the start and end-result of carrying on Knowledge Management in universities. Basing on the summarizing of literatures and Barton’ model of organizations core competence, this article forms the framework of University Knowledge Management’s Objects System and goes into further discusses. |
