论升本院校的学风建设

升本院校往往由两所或多所专科学校组合而成，需要在两个维度上，即原有专科办学层次和各自原有学风基础上重新整合、提升，孕育新的学习氛围，形成新的学习风气。升本院校中大多数学生的外显学习行为和内部学习动因偏向于积极方面，但有相当的比例偏向于消极方面。升本院校成立的初期处于学风形成的孕育、整合和提升阶段。遵循学风形成规律，发扬学校优良传统，综合治理，形成具有自身特色的优良学风，对提高学校办学水平和教育质量起着至关重要的作用。

On Cultivating Style of Study in University Upgraded from Junior College

A university upgraded from junior college is often made up of several associate colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate style of study from two dimensions: the former junior college level and the integrated level after the promotion. Most students in upgraded university have positive motivation and behavior toward study, but some students tend to be negative. In the first stage after upgrading, the style of study is in the process of gestation, integration and promotion.
