| Abstract: | This study takes boys in grade one at senior middle school as object.It proposes a new efficient hurdle teaching method for senior middle school students by the application of different teaching methods to the experimertal group and the control group and the statistical analysis of the experimental data.The new method tries to make the students grasp the hurdle techiques and improve the results of hurdles in a short period of time. |
