终身教育立法:国际视野与本土行动

随着社会发展的不断深入,终身教育理念目前已经深入人心。美国、日本、韩国以及我国福建省等还先后进行了终身教育的立法实践与探索。本文基于国际视野,对上海终身教育立法的构想、内容及其面临的问题进行简要阐述,并提出若干建议与对策。

International View and Local Exploration of Life-Long Education Legislation

With the deepening development of society, the concept of life-long education has been largely accepted by most people. Many countries and regions such as U.S.A, Japan, Korea, Fujian province have consecutively tried some exploration and practice in life-long education legislation. From the international view, this article simply elaborates the construction, content and problems of life-long education legislation, and puts forward some proposals and countermeasures.
