Creation of Long-distance E-learning Environment

The creation of learning environment is very important for long-distance education, and in the meantime it is main component of teaching design. The new trend in teaching design field has given great enlightenment to e-learning under the net environment in the past years. Applying theory into practice concerning teaching design, the paper explores the creation of direct situation, knowledge situation, question situation in the environment of e-learning, thus improving e-learning of long-distance learners, the efficiency of teaching and learning.
