中国共产党在工人运动中对帮会的利用与改造

20世纪初期，帮会在中国工人阶级中广泛存在，并且在相当程度上控制着工人运动。中国共产党建立以后，要开展工人运动，一开始就遇到了帮会的障碍。为了有效地组织工人运动，中国共产党派党员加入帮会，利用帮会身份做掩护，团结、教育工人，而且争取了一些工人中的帮会头目，按照产业组合原则组建现代工会。通过采用灵活多样的方法，中国共产党对帮会的利用与改造取得了一定成果，工人运动得以蓬勃发展。但最终帮会倒向国民党，充当了蒋介石反共夺权的工具。给中共留下了深刻的历史教训。

On the Method of the CPC in Taking Advantage of and Transforming the Gang in Labor Movement

In the early 20th century, the gang existed in Chinese working class widely and controlled the labor movement at certain extent. After the establishment of the Communist Party of China, the gang impeded the CPC to develop labor movement. In order to efficiently organize workers, the CPC sent the party member to participate in the gang not only took advantage of the gang to shield unite and educate workers, but also won some workers leaders and established modern labor union according to the principle of industrial combination. The CPC acquired certain achievement by taking advantage of and transforming the gang. The impediment of the gang was gotten rid of. And the first high stride of labor movement, the strike of workers in the Great Revolution and armed uprising response to the Northern Expeditionary Army. But and the gang followed the Kuomintang and served as power tools which Chiang Kai - shek used to opposite the CPC at last.
