中国参与货币政策国际协调问题研究

本文通过考察中国参与货币政策国际协调的实践,分析了中国在协调中面临的困境,认为积极参与货币政策的国际协调,是新世纪中国崛起中货币战略的重要组成部分。为了在协调中获得更多的利益,必须树立将中国建成世界经济金融主导性强国的战略目标,同时坚持主权、效率优先,兼顾公平、促进全球共同发展的协调原则。为此,必须深化各项经济金融体制改革,为中国参与国际协调创造良好的金融环境。

A Study on China Participation in International Coordination of Monetary Policy

This paper examines the practice of China participating monetary policy international coordination, analyzes the difficult position which China faces in the coordination,thinks that participation in the international coordination of monetary policy is important constituent of China’s currency strategy in the new century .In order to obtain more benefits in the coordination, we must set up the strategic target of making China an economics finance leading powerful nation in the world, simultaneously persist coordinated principle that is the sovereignty and the efficiency first, the proper attention to fair, promoting the global communal development. Therefore, we must deepen economical monetary system reform, create a good finance environment for China participating international coordination.
