数控车床螺纹加工指令的分析与应用

摘    要:就数控车床车削普通三角形螺纹、梯形螺纹、蜗杆时,如何制定合理的加工工艺、选择合适的螺纹指令、编写满足工艺要求且简洁实用的数控程序等进行了分析与研讨。加工实例表明,用好、用活螺纹加工指令,可简化数控程序,提高螺纹的加工质量。

Abstract:In this paper,the problems on how to formulate the reasonable processing craft,choose the appropriate thread instruction,compile the simple practical NC program which satisfied the technological requirement when the numerical control lathe turning the ordinary triangle thread,the acme thread,and the worm bearing adjuster,have been analyzed and discussed.All the practical example processing results show that simplified program and the good processing quality will be obtained with the good using of thread processing instruction.
