| 摘 要： | 和谐教育是以和谐精神为宗旨的教育,它是和谐精神的生动实践和具体表现.在建设社会主义和谐新农村的战略系统工程中,和谐教育具有特殊的地位和功用.县域农村教育要以培养创业能力、终身学习能力、文明守纪能力、环境建设能力、民主参与能力为重点,加强和谐教育能力建设,促进人的全面和谐发展,为构建社会主义和谐新农村奠定基础.

| Abstract: | The harmonious education devotes to the purpose of proposing the harmonious spirit,which performs the harmonious spirit and manifests it vivdly.In the course of the construction of the strategic systemic project for the socialist harmonious new countryside,the harmonious education plays a fatal role.The prefectural country education should emphasize on training students' abilities of undertaking,perpetual studies,rule obedience,environment construction and democratic participation,strengthen the capability construction of harmonious education,and promote the students' comprehensive harmonious development,laying a foundation for creating the socialist new harmonious countryside. |
