| 摘 要： | 素质乃白色的质地．即通常所谓的基本底子。素质教育与素质紧密相关，素质是基本底子，那么素质教育当为一种铺垫底子的教育，就是打底子、垫基础的教育。打好这个底子需要从思想品德、化知识、基本技能等多方面入手，并且持之以恒，方能见其功效。

| Abstract: | Quality is the simple and plain part of one's innate charactcr, which is the basic constitution of a person. guality-oriented education has a close connection with one's quality, becausc it is aimed at laying a good fundament for the latter.In order to fulfill this aim, we should start with the education in idcological morality, knowlcdge and basic skills as well. By doing it perseveringly, we can get a good result. |
