河南省城市发展质量差异分析

为缩小河南省城市发展质量差异,提升城市整体发展质量,在对全省18个城市发展质量评价的基础上,分析了城市发展质量的现状、差异及其平均增长速度的差异变化。对城市发展质量一级指标的耦合协调度进行研究,从宏观上提出了打破城乡户籍界限,提高人口质量;多措并举,全面提升经济发展质量等对策建议。以上分析结果和对策建议,对促进河南省城市质量的平衡发展具有一定的参考价值。

Analysis on Urban Development Quality Difference in Henan Province

In order to reduce the difference of urban development quality in Henan Province and improve the overall quality of urban development, based on the evaluation of the development quality of 18 cities in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the status quo, difference and the difference change of the average growth rate of urban development quality. This paper studies the coupling and coordination degree of the first level indicators of urban development quality, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the macro perspective, such as breaking the urban and rural household registration boundary, improving the population quality, taking multiple measures simultaneously, and comprehensively improving the quality of economic development. The results of the analysis and suggestions have some reference value for promoting the balanced development of urban quality in Henan Province.
