论中小学班主任的培训与提高

摘    要:加强中小学班主任的培训,以全面提高班主任履行工作职责的能力。通过校外培训、校本培训和自主培训三种基本培训模式,实现专业道德的建设、专业知识的完善和专业技能的形成三个目标。为切实有效地保障班主任培训的实施,需建立班主任资格准入制度、班主任工作激励机制以及提供充足的培训时间和物质保障。

Abstract:Reinforcing the development of primary and high school class supervisors is a way to fully raise their abilities to carry out supervisors' tasks and responsibilities.Through three basic development modes(out-school,in-school and self development programs),three aims(the construction of professional morality,perfect of knowledge and skills) will be realized.To guarantee the implement of the development program,it is essential to establish the system of obtaining class supervisors' certificate,professional incentive policy and provide abundant time and money for the program.
