| 摘 要： | 全文用主成分分析法对西宁市2002年—2008年城乡协调发展度进行了时间序列分析,结果表明,七年来西宁市的城乡协调度总体呈上升趋势,城乡统筹发展水平不断提高。同时,找出了制约西宁市城乡进一步协调发展的主要因素：建成区绿化覆盖率、城乡居民人均消费水平、环境治理等。基于此,提出了进一步促进西宁市城乡协调发展的政策建议。
