| Abstract: | To study and implement the spirit of the Party's Seventh session of the Fifth Plenary Session is of great significance for Qinghai Normal University.The spirit of the Plenary Session is the guidance to the work of our university,especially to scientifically formulate the Twelve Five-Year plan of the university,and we should under the conduction of the spirit to promote Sound and Rapid Development of Qinghai Normal University in the Twelve Five-Year. |
