40CrMnSiMoV弹簧钢热处理实践分析

针对传统弹簧钢存在强度较低、韧性不足以及淬透性较差等性能问题,通过以试验钢号为40CrMnSiMoV的钢种代替传统弹簧钢,着重分析且验证此钢种成分的合理性,并对试验钢进行不同淬火和回火温度下的热处理试验,从而选择、确定最佳热处理工艺。

Practice Analysis on Heat Treatment for Spring Steel of 40CrMnSiMoV

Owing to the existing shortages of traditional spring steel's performance,such as lower intensity,poor toughness and hardenability,the article introduces the substation of experimental steel of 40CrMnSiMoV for the traditional spring steel,analyzes and validates the rationality of its components.And under the condition of different temperature for the quenching and tempering,heat treatment experiments were performed on the new steel so as to select the best heat treatment process.
