| 摘 要： | 黄质夫先生是一位乡村教育的理论家和实干家。其教育思想形成于二十世纪30年代，成熟于40年代。他先后主持和创办了四所乡村师范院校，把其乡村教育思想贯彻其中。他认为中国教育必须面向全国人口占绝大多数的乡村，乡村师范应成为改良乡村的中心，为乡村教育做出贡献。该文主要从他的乡村教育思想的内涵、特色、实施以及对周边村民和地区产生的影响等方面进行研究。
