绵阳工业结构研究

工业经济是影响绵阳科技城建设的关键因素。利用1999和2003年的经济资料,以四川和全国为参照区域,对绵阳工业经济进行SSM分析,认为绵阳工业经济不存在“行业衰退”,但存在工业结构断层化,基于全国参照区朝阳化、基于四川参照区夕阳化、整体竞争力川外弱势、基于全国参照区的结构性增长与结构性竞争力不对称等结构性瓶颈问题。进一步提出了解决绵阳工业结构瓶颈的主要措施。

Studies on Industrial Structure in Mianyang

In the course of building Mianyang into a science and technology city in west China,industrial economy is one of the most important factors for its developing.Taking Mianyang as an example and refering to Sichuan Province and China as backgrounds,the author makes use of the economic data in both 1999 and 2003 to conduct researches on industrial economy by Shift-share method(SSM),and then draws such conclusions.The development of industrial economy in Mianyang is not well satisfying due to depending on increasing enterprises at present,although its total industrial increased value is higher than the average level of backgrounds.Based on the analysis of the features of industrial development,the total competitiveness of industry in Mianyang is different from backgrounds.It is showed that there are a few advantages in Sichuan Province but few advantages in China.The order of gross industrial output value is different from total industrial competitiveness and so on.In accordance with the problems analyzed,the author further puts forward some measures in order to adjust and optimize industrial structure in Mianyang.
