| 摘 要： | 领导干部的道德建设是关系到党的执政能力建设的一个全局性问题。从当前领导干部道德建设的现状来看,必须从加强领导干部的理论学习、提高领导干部的修养、加强领导干部的教育和管理等方面来解决领导干部道德建设问题。
