试论金融危机下国际资源的开发和利用

国际资源的开发与利用关系到国际行为主体的发展状况和国际体系的运转效率和兴衰。金融危机为中国开发国际资源提供了机遇，中国应抓住这一有利时机，依靠自身优势，开发各种各样的国际资源为我所用，以提高我国在国际舞台上的地位和影响力，增强在国际社会中的竞争力。但是，在开发和利用国际资源的过程中，中国也应量力而行、谨慎从事。
