论公平原则与和谐社会的构建

随着我国改革开放深化和经济进一步发展，各种体制的转换、结构调整和社会变革力度的加大，社会公平和正义问题越来越突出，由此导致了许多社会冲突和不和谐。公平是建立和谐社会的基础。在社会主义市场经济条件下，公平与效率是相辅相成、相互促进的。要通过经济、行政、法律等手段，构建促进社会和谐发展的公平原则。当前，要深入研究契约的本质特征和时代价值，通过建立契约文明来实现社会公平，并通过建立公平竞争的规范实现社会的和谐。

The Principle of Fairness and the Construction of a Harmonious Society

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and further economic development,and the increase of institutional transformation,restructuring and social change,the degree of social equity and justice become an increasingly striking problem,which lead to a lot of social conflicts and disharmonies.Fairness is the basis for the establishment of a harmonious society.In the socialist market economy,fairness and efficiency are complementary to each other and promote each other.We should make efforts to construct the principle of fairness which would promote the harmonious development of society,through economic,administrative,legal and other means.At present,we must thoroughly study the essential features and the value of the times,to realize the social justice through the establishment of contractual civilization,and to achieve social harmony through the establishment of fair competition and the norms.ey words:fairness;harmony;efficiency;contract;competition
