摘    要:模拟法庭作为高校法学实践教学环节,能够成为学生在"最近发展区"有所作为的"支架";"支架"的结构受制于学习任务,"支架"的建立与拆除,取决于学习者与目标的距离。"像法律人那样思考"是"支架"的原则。

Abstract:Moot Court as a phrase of law practice teaching may become a "stent" in which students can do something in the "recent developments area";the structure of the "stent" is restricted by the learning task,the establishment and removal of the "stent" depend on the distance from learners to the target.As thinkingof legal person is principle of the "stent".
