摘    要:导游人才的高流失率会导致旅行社客源、成本、形象和经营危机。为此,应提升导游待遇、形象,学习国外先进理念,做好导游职业生涯规划,建立导游相互聘(借)用制度等应对措施。

Abstract:The tourguide talented person high draining rate can cause the travelagency source of tourists crisis,the cost crisis,the vivid crisis,the management crisis.How avoided the tourguide talented person highdraining rate then becoming the question which the travel agency had to face.Regarding this,detained the tourguide talented person's significance,the tourguide talented person the draining rate reason,the countermeasure has high carried on the discussion.Proposed promotes the tourguide treatment,the image;Studies the overseas advanced idea;Completes the tourguide professional profession plan;Establishes the tourguide mutually to hire(to borrow) uses the system and so on to be supposed to the measure.
