关于企业社会责任的几点思考

企业社会责任是指企业经营者在经营过程中应考虑的企业决策和社会行为对社会公共利益所具有的责任。企业承担社会责任不同于“企业办社会”。研究归纳没有重视企业应承担社会责任问题的四点原因,指出企业加强社会责任建设的方式,借此推动我国企业在经济全球化的背景下以全新的姿态参与到世界经济竞争中。

Thoughts about the Social Responsibility of Corporation

The social responsibility of corporation is the responsibility for social public benefits in the manager's decision-making and social activity.This paper first points out that corporation's social responsibility is different from "sociaty setting up by enterprise",then analyzes four causes that enterprise has not taken on social responsibility for a long time in our country.Furthermore,it points out the important signification that enterprise strengthen the construction of social responsibility.At the same time,the paper indicates some possible ways to construct social responsibility so that it can advance enterprise in our country to participate in world economic competition by a new image in the economic globalization.
