| Abstract: | This article, based on two electron Paulis exclusion principle of spin parallel,researches the spectral term and puts forward the simple way of ascertaining it when atom fundamental state appears as equivalent electron configuration according to the principle of angular quantum synthetic projection as well as Hund's rules. |
