| 摘 要： | 针对我国上市公司中出现财务困境的问题,选取1995～2008年发生业绩转向的363家沪深上市公司作为样本,基于转向位置、转向战略、组织背景、外部环境和转向结果5个部分构建模型,其中企业规模分别以销售收入、员工人数、总资产进行测算。通过二元Logistic回归分析的大样本统计研究发现,我国上市公司在进行转向管理时会采取如战略重新定位等更积极的公司级转向战略;组织、环境等要素对企业转向成功至关重要,规模越大的企业越容易转向成功。
