| 摘 要： | 研究型学校文化是激励学校进行教学改革、提升学校竞争能力的重要精神力量.本文根据行动研究的性质和研究型学校文化建设的需求,提出行动研究是建设研究型学校文化的有效途径,并探讨了利用行动研究促进研究型学校文化建设的措施与方法.

| Abstract: | Research-based school culture is an important spiritual power which encourages schools to carry out the teaching reformation and improves the competitive ability.Action research has special significance for construction of research-based school culture.Utilizing action research to promote research-based school culture is an effective approach for the construction of this kind school culture.Specific methods of action research are also discussed for improvement of research-based school culture. |
