文章从宏观和微观两个层面，全面分析了当前家庭联产承包责任制存在的问题．并对苏南、苏北农村的两个典型个案进行了比较和实证研究。结合学术界的争论，文章指出：必须与时俱进，顺应新形势的需求，以生产力的实际水平为依据，尊重广大农民意愿，尊重农村各地的村情和地情，坚持家庭联产承包责任制，勇于创新，选择适当的土地制度，以适应农业现代化的迫切需要，促进农业的继续发展。

Analysis of the Land System Defects for Family-based Contracted Responsibility System--Comparison the Current Situation of Sunan and Subei

From both macro and micro aspects, the paper analyzes the problems in current family-based contracted responsibility system with comparative study on Sunan and Subei villages. Combined the academic arguments, it is pointed out that to achieve further agricultural developments needs fresh new concepts that is coincident to the new era, continuing the responsibility system with full consideration of what the peasants call and inspective situation of the lands and situation.
