独立学院女大学生成长发展困境及支持路径研究

本文从分析独立学院女大学生的性别优势和劣势出发,探究这一群体在成长发展过程中正面临着角色定位困境、心理困境、机遇和资源困境,并提出高校应从激发内生动力、施行分类培养、争取社会支持三方路径入手,加强女大学生自信心重塑、创新人才培养方式、营造多方联动的适切性育人环境。

Research on the Growth and Development Dilemma and Support Path of Female College Students in Independent Colleges

Based on the analysis of the gender advantages and disadvantages of female college students in independent colleges,this paper explores that this group is facing the dilemma of role orientation,psychological dilemma,opportunity and resource dilemma in the process of growth and development,and puts forward that colleges should strengthen the self-confidence reconstruction of female college students,innovate the way of talent training,and create a multi-faceted and appropriate education environment by stimulating the endogenous motivation,carrying out classified training and striving for social support.
