| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对新余学院50名教师进行问卷调查,来探讨教师本科教学胜任力与工作绩效的关系。结果发现:胜任力及各因子对工作绩效、任务绩效、人际促进因子和工作奉献因子都有显著的正向预测作用。

| Abstract: | This study investigated the relationship between undergraduate teaching competence and job performance of 50 teachers in Xinyu University.The results showed that competence and its factors had significant positive predictive effects on job performance,task performance,interpersonal promotion factor and job dedication factor. |
