高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记教育培训研究

“双带头人”教师党支部书记培育工程是在新的伟大时代背景下对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的有力践行。本项研究通过对全国9个省13所高校的66位党支部书记(或支委)进行调查问卷及对17位学院(部门)党委书记进行面对面访谈,发现当前高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记培育工程在教育培训方面存在着基础宣传教育不到位、思想认识不深刻、教育培训内容缺乏针对性、能力提升不明显、教育培训体系不完善、形式单一陈旧等实际问题。基于教育培训所面临的这些问题和挑战,本文积极探索新形势下教师党支部书记的教育培训机制,对有效推动高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记培育工程的高质量建设有重要现实意义。

Research on the Education and Training of Secretaries as the"Double Leader of Academic and Party Building"for Teachers'Party Branches

The secretary of the teachers'Party branch of"double leader of academic and Party building"is an effective practice of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era under the background of the new great era.Through a questionnaire survey on 66 secretaries of the teachers'Party branches for 13 universities of 9 provinces and face-to-face interviews with 17 college(department)Party secretaries,this study found that there are some problems in the current education and training of secretaries as the"double leader of academic and Party building"for teachers'Party branches,such as insufficient basic publicity and education,superficial ideological understanding,less pertinent education and training content,insignificant ability improvement,imperfect education and training system,single and obsolete forms.Based on the problems and challenges of the education and training,this paper actively explores the education and training mechanism of secretaries for teachers'Party branches under the new situation,which is of great practical significance to effectively promote the high-quality construction of the education and training of secretaries as the"double leader of academic and Party building"for teachers'Party branches.
