| 摘 要： | 剖析“工匠精神”内涵和全科医学生培育现状,以“工匠精神”的思想政治教育价值为指引,为全科医学生专业思想政治教育提供新的理论依据。针对性地提出能够提高全科医学生专业思想稳定性和务实精神的有效措施,这对保障居民健康和实施“健康中国”战略具有深远意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the connotation of the"craftsman spirit"and the current status of the cultivation of general medical students.Taking the ideological and political education value of the"craftsman spirit"as a guide,it provides a new theoretical basis for the professional ideological and political education of general medical students.It also proposes targeted and effective measures that can improve the stability and pragmatism of general medical students'professional thoughts,which is of far-reaching significance for ensuring residents'health and implementing the"Healthy China"strategy. |
