心理辅导课“非指导性”教学设计路径探析 |

摘 要: | 心理辅导活动课是学校心理健康教育工作的一个新领域。在无国家课程标准、无通用教材的“留白”课程背景下,心理教师,尤其是兼职心理教师在备课时经常无从下手。笔者经过多年研究和实践,初步总结了基于罗杰斯“非指导性”教学理念的心理辅导课设计路径,从教学内容、学习方式、师生关系三个方面,要求教师从传统的学科教学设计思维转变为心理辅导课的设计思维。实践证明,坚实的理论基础和清晰的设计流程对新手教师及教学比赛选手具有较好的指导作用。

Abstract: | Psychological counseling courses are a new field of school psychological health education.In the context of the"blank"curriculum without national curriculum standards and general textbooks,psychological teachers,especially part-time psychological teachers,often have no way to start preparing lessons.After years of research and practice,the writer has initially summarized the design path of psychological counseling courses based on Rogers'"non-instructive"teaching philosophy.From three aspects of teaching content,learning style,and teacher-student relationship,teachers are required to change from traditional subject teaching design thinking to the design thinking of psychological counseling courses.Practice has proved that a solid theoretical foundation and a clear design process have a good guiding role for new teachers and teaching contestants. |
