| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the development direction of a library in the network circumstance from some aspects,such as concept,measure,position and change.It demonstrates the necessity and importance in construction and development of a library and also puts forth some new ideas of improving service pattern,deepening information service and training qualified librarians so as to make full use of libraries in the network circumstance. |
