| 摘 要： | 运用不完全信息博弈理论,比较了高校仪器设备招标采购的几种不同形式,对几种组合招标形式的效率进行了分析;同时分析了招投标过程中出现的逆向选择和道德风险问题;并提出了高校仪器设备招标采购的一些建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the imperfect information game theory,this article compared several different forms of the bidding in the process of instruments purchase in universities.Also,it analyzed the efficiency of the joint-bidding and worked over the adverse selection and moral hazard appeared in the bidding.In the end,this article save some suggestions to the bidding for university's instruments purchase. |
