近年来广东侨乡研究成果,不仅涵盖了侨乡社会的历史、政治、经济、文化与社会生活等各个研究领域,还充分借鉴和运用了历史学、人类学、社会学、经济学、材料学等多学科的研究方法,初步形成了侨批银信、侨乡建筑、侨刊乡讯、侨乡契约等重点研究专题。

A Review of Research on Qiaoxiang in Guangdong in Recent Years

Guangdong’s results of research on qiaoxiang(homeland of overseas Chinese) in recent years not only cover history,politics,economy,culture and social life,but also make full use of multi-disciplinary methods involving historical study,anthropology,sociology,economics,and materials science.A number of key overseas Chinese-related research topics like remittance letters,architecture,periodicals and contracts and deeds have developed.
