| 摘 要： | 发展青海地区教育档案事业,开拓教育档案工作新局面,拓展教育档案服务新领域,进行人才培训,壮大人才队伍,发挥人才潜能,优化人才结构,合理开发配置人才资源的工作,对于推进教育档案事业科学发展具有十分重要的意义。教育档案工作人才资源开发、配置的现状与发展的要求,尚存在一定的差距,尤其是高新技术人才和专业技术人才严重匮乏。本文对教育档案工作中人才资源的开发与配置中存在的主要问题与对策进行了论述。

| Abstract: | To develop the archives in Qinghai,to open up a new situation of the educational archives,to expand the new areas,to train talented individuals,to expand the staff,to exploit the potential,to optimize the personnel structure,to develop and dispose the personnel properly,au of those works are great methods for developing the archives.The essay aims at solving the above problems. |
