摘    要:为研究北京邮电大学学生身体机能发育水平的状况,特对95级学生入校时及入校1年后的部分身体机能指标进行追踪测试。测试结果表明:北京邮电大学学生心、肺功能总体较差,经过1年的大学生活,心肺功能虽有所提高,但提高幅度较低,并出现男生增长速度快于女生和肌肉力量增长快于心肺功能增长的趋势。造成这方面的原因可能是新生入学时体育能力较低、体育锻炼意识不够强、课程安排不够合理,加上体育场地、设施、器材较少、学生学习压力大、体育教学大纲中能发展学生心肺功能的项目比较少和体育教师的指导作用没能充分发挥等因素共同作用的结果。

Abstract:In order to study the body function growth level of the students in Beijing University of Posts andTelecommunications, pursuit tests of several body function indexes were made in the students, when they en-tered the University in l995 and one year after. The results showed that the cardiorespiratory functions of thestudents in the University were poor on the whole. After one year of university life their cardiorespiratoryfunctions were improved, but the improvement was low. In particular, there was a tendency that the growthspeed of the male students was faster than that of the female students, and the muscular strength grew fasterthan the cardiorespiratory function. The reasons why such a situation had come into being were complex.Maybe physical per formances of the students were poor, when they entered the University and they were alsoshort of physical training c0nsciousness. Meanwhile, the course offered was unreasonable and there were notenough playgrounds, facilities and equipments for the students to do exercise training. The students were un-der the great pressure of study, and there were few events to develop the students' cardiorespiratory functionsin the PE teaching program. Finally, the PE teachers failed to give full play to their guiding role. It was allthe above factors that worked together and caused the present situation.
