| 摘 要： | 国际经济合作中的双边无偿援助项目是一项政策性强和管理要求高的工作。国际援助合作的主要政策是经合组织协调一致的援助政策。当前我国林业外援项目面临着机遇和挑战,我们要采取有效的措施争取更多的外援项目,并管理好现有的外援项目。

| Abstract: | Managing the free bilateral assistance projects of foreign economic cooperation requires a good understanding of all the policies concerned, so it is very demanding. The main policies for international support cooperation are the coordinated policies in the Organization For Economic Cooperation and Development. At present the foreign-aided projects in the forestry sector are faced with both opportunities and challenges. We should try our best to obtain more foreign-aided projects and at the same time we should make every effort to manage the ongoing projects. |
